Earlier today, a delegation from SIGA led by the Director-General, Prof. Michael Kpessah White paid a courtesy call on the management of the PMMC.
The purpose of the visit was to congratulate the Ag. Managing Director of the PMMC, Sammy Gyamfi esq. on his recent appointment, familiarize with the management of the company and discuss issues pertaining to good corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Sammy Gyamfi esq. expressed his profound gratitude to the Director-General for the visit and assured him of his maximum cooperation in the process of enhancing good corporate governance practices in the affairs of the PMMC.
Sammy Gyamfi also appealed to SIGA for their support and guidance for the PMMC’s transition into the soon to be established Goldbod.
