Ethical collaboration, along with respect and understanding, must be the basis of interaction between staff and all our stakeholders.
PMMC will operate a zero tolerant incident and will not accept sexual harassment in our workplace This policy provides the guidelines on reporting incidents and also explains how complaints will be handled, the action against offenders and assist staff to recover from any intimidation or harassment. The policy spells out the actions to be taken against offenders and also provides assistance to staff recovering from any form of intimidation or sexual harassment.
Anyone can be a victim of sexual harassment, regardless of their sex and or the sex of the harasser. PMMC recognizes that sexual harassment may also occur between people of the same sex.
Anyone, including employees of PMMC, clients, customers, contractors or visitors who sexually harasses another will be sanctioned in accordance with this internal policy.
All forms of sexual harassment is prohibited whether it takes place within PMMC premises or outside, including at social events, business trips, training sessions or conferences sponsored by PMMC.
