On Friday, January 24th 2025, the leadership of the National Association of Small Scale Miners paid a courtesy call on the Ag. Managing Director of PMMC, Sammy Gyamfi Esq.
Among the issues that were discussed was President Mahama’s vision of establishing a Gold Board (“GoldBod”) to effectively and sustainably develop and market the gold resources of the country, as well as provide mining support services to the small scale mining industry.
The leaders of the National Association of Small Scale Miners lauded the vision behind the
GoldBod initiative and shared insightful ideas on how same can be realized for the benefit of the citizenry.
